Initech Helpdesk Logging System
This system has been designed
to be as easy to use as possible with minimal effort
on your part to log a call. Once registered, to log
a call you may simply email support@initech.co.uk.
This email will be automatically created into a ticket
which will be assigned to a consultant.
At any time you may log into
the system and check on the progress, as well
as receiving emails whenever the status of the ticket
has been changed.
Before submitting a ticket,
we strongly recommend checking the online Knowledgebase
to check whether your problem is listed with a solution.
Should your problem be a
network outage, please call on 0870 990 7993 and
a consultant will log your call for you and deal
with the issue.
